Live Music: Out Late with Diana Di Gioia
In the tradition of songwriting masters John Prine, Michelle Shocked, and Lucinda Williams, Out Late with Diana DiGioia, accompanied by lead guitarist Dan Givin, plays acoustic rock, blues, and folk, featuring soulful harmonies and strong melodic hooks. Out Late's first CD was featured on Pride Radio Denmark, Stonewall Society's online "Rainbow World Radio," and Out Voices' top-ten chart four months in a row. A second CD is in the works, featuring a more "Americana" sound and stories drawing from Diana's rural Vermont roots.
