Tue. Jun. 4-Jul. 30, 9-10 a.m. Fee-$48 (Level 2) (Skip June 25) Tue., Jun. 4-Jul. 30, 10-11a.m. Fee-$48 (Level 1) (Skip June 25) Thu. Jun. 6-Jul. 25, 9-10 a.m. Fee-$36 (Level 2) (Skip June 27 & July 4) Thu. Jun. 6-Jul. 25, 10-11 a.m. Fee-$36(Level 1) (Skip June 27 & July 4) Level 1 is for active people. It focuses on technique and form and consists of moving to the beat, lifting weights, timed intervals, and more. No mats. Level 2 is an advanced class for those comfortable with training basics and focuses on strength and cardiovascular training. Modifications can be made.
