The USS Salem is a storied warship, and was at one time the most powerful vessel in the United States Navy’s vaunted arsenal. She was never given the opportunity to use her massive 8' automatic cannons in anger, but there was plenty of misery and death aboard the Salem.... (more)

Celebrate Groundhog Day at the OVL! Naturalist Jessica Sheppard will be making groundhog habitats and teaching us about hibernation! Make a habitat you can take home! Monday February 2nd at 10am in the Lillian Dixie Morton Children’s Room at the Osterville Village Library. Though all are welcome, this program is better suited for grades 1-3.
