the ragtime musical in one
act will be giving its world
premiere at the Chatham
Drama Guild October 24
through November 2nd.
Written by "Ragtime Bob"
Darch, Sue Keller, and Thom
Dutton, the show tells the
story of the Everleigh sisters,
who ran the swankiest
bordello in Chicago for twelve
years.
According to the Chicago
Tribune, "No house of
courtesans in the world
was so richly furnished, and
so continuously patronized
by men of wealth
and slight morals."
"Wabash Avenue" will be a
staged reading, with Thom
Dutton, Glenn
Starner Tate, Valerie Stack
Dodge, Kimberly Marsh, Sue
Keller, Jim Bauder, Berke
McKelvey and the Cape Cod
Saxophone Quartet.
Tickets are $20 and will be
