Scents and Sensibility: Getting More from Your Glass of Wine with Betty Stuermer
Participants will have the opportunity to smell a variety of herbs and other wine elements, and then see which ones actually show up in the wine they are tasting. Betty Stuermer has been active in the wine industry for the past 34 years. She managed the tasting room, event planning, and to-the-trade tastings for her family-owned winery in Lake County, California. There will be a second class on Thursday, October 21.
