The Harwich-based company, which is selling Christmas trees throughout the season, will offer a discount on Christmas trees, locally made wreathes adorned with starfish and shells, and select Cape Cod Beach Chair merchandise for anyone who donates a new, unwrapped toy that day. They’ll also be offering complimentary cider, hot chocolate and cookies, and have a roaring fire pit surrounded by beach chairs and twinkling lights. Members of the Marines will also be on hand throughout the afternoon to collect toys.
Additionally, the Cape Cod Beach Chair Company is raffling off an exclusive U.S. Marine Corps logoed beach chair (retail value $180). Raffle tickets are available for $10 each or two for $15 and all proceeds benefit Toys for Tots. Raffle tickets are on sale already and can be purchased by stopping by the store or calling 800-809-1750. The special Marine Corp. logo chairs are also available for sale, with proceeds going to Toys for Tots.
This event is the same weekend as the Chatham Christmas Stroll, so revelers are encouraged to stop by the Cape Cod Beach Chair Company on their way to or from the downtown festivities.
