Pete 'n' Keely
PETE 'n' KEELY
Book by James Hindman Original music by Patrick Brady
It's 1968 - tune in as Americas' "Swinging Sweethearts", Pete Bartel and Keely Stevens reunite for a live television variety special reliving their illustrious careers in TV and Las Vegas Showrooms. The only catch...they haven't spoken since their big break-up at Caesers' Palace, five years ago! "What Now My Love", "Fever", the title song to their one Broadway flop, "Tony and Cleo" (based on "Anthony and Cleopatra"), and an awe inspiring version of "The Battle Hymn of the Republic"! Starring Cape Playhouse favorite, George Dvorsky, Rex Reed said this is the "brightest and most entertaining show in town!" It's a sequined, bell-bottomed parade of escalating fabulousness!!"
