Posture and Balance
Jeanne Egan, DPT OCS from The Physical Therapy Center will measure participants for posture and balance at first and last classes to see how well they progress with what they learn weekly at our senior center class and also learning what to do at home. See how you can improve by correcting muscle imbalances associated with poor habits, de-conditioning and aging through our program.
