The Community Development Partnership is conducting a Homebuyer Education course in Eastham for first time homebuyers. The course will provide information on budgeting, looking for, selecting and purchasing a home, and the local resources that may be available to buyers.

The course will consist of three, three-hour classes. Participants must attend all three classes. Those who successfully complete the program will be awarded a certificate which may make them eligible for certain assistance programs or mortgage products.

Space is limited and pre-registration is required!

The CDP has received the “Collaborative Seal of Approval” from the Citizens’ Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA) to conduct First Time Homebuyer Education Courses. The CDP is a locally based non-profit serving the lower eight towns of Cape Cod. The mission is to promote a diverse community on the Lower Cape by addressing housing needs and encouraging small business development in order to provide employment.
