Workable Strategies to Improve Brewster's Environmental Future
The public is invited to a set of programs that promises to present practical and workable strategies to improve Brewster’s environmental future. This three-part series will dive deeper into the environmental challenges introduced last year in a similar series entitled Brewster at the Crossroads. The focus this year will be on solution- oriented action steps to address the importance of trees and forests, bracing for coastal resilience, and the health of Brewster’s ponds. Presented in partnership between the Brewster Conservation Trust and the Brewster Ladies’ Library Association’s Discovery & Enrichment Series, the programs will be held January 21, February 18, and March 18. They will run from 2:00–3:30 p.m. at the Brewster Ladies’ Library at 1822 Main St. in Brewster.
