Restorative Yoga
Yoga is a gentle meditative style of yoga that involves holding poses for long periods of time 3 to 5 minutes a slow-paced practice + incorporates breathing techniques, such as belly breath, a passive practice that encourages stillness + inward awareness. Yoga can improve flexibility range of motion can help with anxiety, depression, reduce stress + bring emotional awareness can aid in longevity + vitality. Please bring blocks straps + water hydrate before class. Set your intentions, clear your mind + regenerate your spirit while focusing on your breath. Release all that no longer serves you, allowing clarity to flow through your mind, body + soul. ~ Pre-registration Required to Attend ~
