Exploring Essential Oils, CBD & Energy Healing for Stress Management” Presented by Kristine Callahan, CPC, CDP Aging Life Care Manager & Wellness Specialist at Symphony Care Management, LLC. This presentation is for anyone interested in learning more about the everyday use or strategic symptom management of essential oils, CBD and energy healing modalities. Kristine‘s professional journey in the wellness industry began in 1991 and here on Cape Cod in the traditional healthcare system in 1999. As a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Professional Coach, Certified Dementia Practitioner and Wellness Specialist she uses a combination of non- pharmacological interventions to assist clients in managing their symptoms and achieving their wellness goals. This program will take place on Saturday March 7th at 1pm in the Main Meeting Room at the Osterville Village Library.
