Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge at the Osterville Village Library with "Osbreys and Thier Habitats"
Glenn Davis, President of the Friends of Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge, will be at the Osterville Village Library to give a presentation about ospreys on Cape Cod and their live streaming webcam of an osprey nest at the Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve (WBNERR). Glenn will provide some history and background of how we partnered with Comcast and WBNERR to provide a bird’s eye view of this beloved bird’s habitat, show some clips from the past two seasons and answer questions about ospreys in general and our nesting pair ("Rachel" and "Carson").
