Are you looking for something out of the ordinary to fill your evening? Join us as we walk the historic and haunted "Old Kings Highway" of Barnstable Village. The tour starts you will hear stories of the conflict between the Loyalists and American Whigs (Patriots) and how England had a stronghold on this small quaint town. There are over ten stops on the tour and most have a ghost story. You will visit Cobb's Hill Cemetery where many strange and unusual events have taken place. You will visit places as the Barnstable Court House where Daniel Webster had tried some cases. As we walk the historic highway there is a possability that the tour may be followed by one of the towns former residents. The tour will come to a close with you entering the oldest wooden jail in the U.S. built in the 1690's by the order of Massachusetts Bay Colony Cout which is proven to be actively Haunted.
