Bob will cover how surveillances are conducted, what can go wrong and put the investigator in harm way, how to find missing people at no cost, also with some stories about interesting or dangerous cases and a Q & A at the end.
This program will take place on Saturday November 15th at 1pm in the Main Meeting Room at the Osterville Village Library.
