After the death of a loved one, our lives change forever. We are never the same person—so how do we navigate this new life and our new selves?

For 4 weeks we will meet to connect around subjects pertaining to grief and loss. Each week’s discussion is tailored to the participants’ needs and circumstances. This group is open to adults with losses in the past 6 months to 2 years.
