You’ll explore how glass responds to heat as you flatten, shape, and refine each element, then discover the techniques for bringing those pieces together—carefully reheating and assembling them into a complete flower. The process culminates in pulling and shaping a graceful, twisty stem, adding movement and personality to your finished piece.
Safety & What to Expect This class is held at our HyArts Campus Flamework Studio. All participants must wear 100% cotton or linen clothing (no synthetic fabrics), along with closed- toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back securely before class. Protective eyewear will be provided. Finished work will be available for pickup the following day after cooling overnight in a kiln.
