Join Barnstable Land Trust, Osterville Village Library, local documentary film Producer Jan Crocker and Associate Producer/Writer Tim Wood, and Barnstable's Natural Resources department for an afternoon of thought- provoking discussion on climate change, sea level rise, and erosion on Cape Cod. Enjoy a film screening and Q&A discussion of Refuge: Cape Cod's Coastal Crisis, a 30- minute documentary which focuses on how climate change transformed the Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge at Morris Island and threatens the greater Cape Cod coastal region. That will be followed with a presentation by the Town of Barnstable on the massive climate resiliency project starting this fall on the relocation of the Sandy Neck Beach parking lot.
