Bicycle Safety, Care and Comfort: Learn important safety considerations for riding, basic care for your bike and how to position yourself for comfortable riding.
This workshop will be led by Dr. Stephanie Soares of Cape Cod Be Fit & Bike Fit. Stephanie is a physical therapist and certified bike fitter who has been working with cyclists of all abilities for over ten years. Come learn the skills you need to make sure your cycling season is safe and enjoyable!
