Hip hop began in the late 1970s, and is a billion dollar, international industry which involves music, clothing, break dancing, electronics, media, and DJs. The culture has become a way of life for many young people. This lecture will focus on the roots of dance and music from Hip Hop culture. It will be educational & entertaining. This program will be facilitated by Professor Rondae Drafts, PHD, ABD. Friday June 19th at 11am in the Anne Williams McGraw Atrium at the Osterville Village Library.
