Outstanding support of this Tournament from our generous community has enabled us to raise more than $1.5 million to support CHC’s mission, and we are happy to invite you to join us for the 2026 event. This year, the Tournament will raise critical funds to support CHC in expanding access to care through a new Sandwich office. In addition to providing increased access to care for current patients, the new state-of-the-art facility will address instances of high chronic disease and substance use disorders. This location will serve as the “complete medical home” for up to 5,000 patients. CHC will also offer outreach, enrollment and enabling services, with a special focus on underserved populations including Veterans, older adults and those under 100% of the poverty level.
Over the past few years, the CHC Golf Tournament has been a sold-out success, and we expect this year to be no different. Our volunteer committee has been hard at work to make September 14 a day to remember. We invite you to join us at Pocasset for a great time, supporting a transformational expansion for CHC.
