This will be an historic week of fine art, educational workshops, and a live fine art auction. This event runs from July 30th through August 8th and is free and open to the public, but due to limited space RSVP is required. An extensive collection of original paintings, sculptures, graphics, and quilts by Jacob Lawrence, Richard Mayhew, Elizabeth Catlett, Dean Mitchell, Sherry Shine, Leroy Campbell, Yolanda Ward, Yvette Watson, Joseph Holston, and many others will be available for immediate acquisition. Art En Blanc will also premiere an exquisite, new Woodrow Nash sculpture series available exclusively through E&S Gallery. Join Black Crown Art Auctions, the country’s only active African American owned and operated auction house, and E&S Gallery, the country’s largest, oldest African American owned and operated fine art and custom framing gallery, for Black Crown’s inaugural live auction. A portion of the proceeds will go to The Cottagers, Inc., Oak Bluffs African American Home Owners Association.
