Music at the Atwood: Ana Glig and Jacques Lee Wood: Classical Concert at St. Christopher's Episcopal Church
Join us for a night of classical music at St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church. The Atwood Museum is welcoming back award-winning Georgian- American pianist, Ana Glig (Gligvashvili). Ana is a pianist and teacher who has performed in solo, chamber, and orchestral settings in the United States and Europe. Glig is recognized for her “virtuosic command” and ability to “capture hearts”. Glig currently lives on Cape Cod, where she performs, teaches, and works as a Music Director at the First United Methodist Church in Chatham. Accompanying Ana is renowned cellist, Jacques Lee Wood. Mr. Wood exhibits a dynamic, expressive, and thoughtful style. He has garnered attention as a soloist, recitalist, and chamber musician of the highest caliber. From a musical family of Korean and European heritage, he began his music studies from a young age – first on the violin, then on the cello. Mr. Wood has traveled the world performing solo, recital, and chamber music concerts collaborating often with some of the world’s finest musicians.
