Nye Museum Guided Tours
The Nye Museum is open for tours Tuesday through Saturday from 11AM-4PM. Enjoy guided tours of a historic homestead and special exhibit, and self- guided tours of the mill museum and museum trails. The Nye Museum is open for its 2023 season from June 17-October 14 on Tuesdays-Saturdays from 11AM-4PM (excluding July 4 & 5). The Nye Museum offers a diversity of tours of our historic landmarks and natural scenery. Most guests can expect to spend about an hour exploring the property, but you are welcome to stay as long as you like. When you first arrive at the property, head to the Visitor Center at the Grange Hall, where an associate will be there to greet you. Originally built in 1889 as a meeting place for local farmers, today the Visitor Center at the Grange Hall welcomes guests with information about tickets, membership, merchandise, and special exhibits. The Visitor Center is likewise used for community events, lecture series, and is available for private rentals. The 2023 Special Exhibit is titled, "Honoring Women of the Nye Homestead." The exhibit highlights nine women who lived in or were associated with the Nye Homestead over a 300 year period. Learn about the important contributions that these often- overlooked women contributed to the Nye Family and East Sandwich Village.
Museum Admission is $10 for Adults, and Free for Nye Museum Members, Active-Military Members & Children under 12 years old.
