August 14 - September 29 “Aging Gracefully” a group artist interpretation exhibit will be on view at Woodruff’s Art Center in Mashpee Commons. There is a meet-the-artists reception of Wednesday, August 14th from 5:00 to 7:00pm with refreshments. Contemporary Gallery: McDermott Glass Studio For over 18 year master glassblowers David McDermott and his wife Yukimi Matsumoto and their team have been producing magnificent glass that has been displayed in hundreds of galleries across the country, as well as the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and the Sandwich Glass Museum. Climb Highland Lighthouse, Cape Cod's oldest and tallest lighthouse. Tower climbs daily begin at 10 am, last climb goes up at 4:30 pm. All climbers must be at least 48" tall. No flip flops. (more)
